5 on Friday.

1. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas here!

I spent last Sunday morning putting up outside Christmas lights, decorating the tree and putting out a few other Christmas decorations.  I think my proudest moment was when I got to work Monday, and a gal who works in our office said "Darcy, I could see your lights from the interstate!".  :)

2.  Feeding

It has begun.
Well, actually it began last week when I was in Kansas City.
Because of the warm fall weather, the ranch really saw a lot of what we call 'fall green up' and the guys got to hold off feeding hay to most of the cows until just recently.
But now, it's on like Donkey Kong.

3. Work, work, work, work, work.

Gosh - work has been busy.
But like we say, being busy is good job security.  And it has to slow down sometime....
At least that's what I am going to tell myself.

4. Kansas City
I had a great time in Kansas City.
I was back there training on a new software system we're getting (Hooray we're moving to a SAP based system - I cannot wait!!) so I could help train the rest of the state in early 2013.
And since Maddie happens to live back there, she met up with me Thursday and Friday night for a drink and dinner.

Oklahoma Joe's BBQ - in a real, functioning gas station - long lines, cold beer, BEST BBQ!

Fun times.
Great BBQ.
Good memories.
Thanks again Maddie for showing me (and the OR crew) KC!

5. Christmas Spirit

Mason & the Echo school helped us get in the Christmas spirit last night with their winter concert.
Seriously - is there anything cuter than little kids singing their hearts out?
And showing off their socks?

PS - All of the concernt pictures above - I {stole} off of Lindsay's FB page....all photo credit is hers.

Hopefully I can pay her off with a drink when we head out to a much anticipated happy hour tonight while the guys are at the Echo Quarterback Club fish feed.  ;)

Happy Friday friends!
