This one life.

We are all given one life to live.

Each day that we wake up, and get to live the life that we choose is a blessing.

We get to choose what our passions will be,
what our dedication to family will be,
what we will spend time devoted to,
who we will love and show commitment to,
who we will laugh with,
and what our legacy will be.

But for some, that one life goes too quickly.

A phone call tonight delivered hard, awful news that our community and the cattle industry lost a great one today.  One who worked hard, loved his family, was a great friend, laughed a lot and was never to busy to stop and say hi.
His passing was too early...too soon...too unexpected.

I don't know what to do to help.

But I did come home tonight from a meeting and wake Clint to tell him that I loved him.

Because you can't tell those around you that you love them too much.

And if anything - let this be a reminder that life is short, and it's up to us to live well and love much.

Love you friends.
